  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years U.A.E working experience in Public Works in similar positions.
  • Proven experience in managing work load, ensuring proper Project controls & processes are in place, & accurate reporting is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to foster good relations with external parties, as well as internal staff.
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is desirable).
  • Computer literacy and experience in using related software such as
  • AutoCAD & Primavera.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills & Presentable Personality.

Position: MANAGER, HSE&S

(Health, Safety, Environment and Security)

Salary: 40k AED+

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for overseeing, promoting, developing, implementing, administering, and maintaining HSE&S management systems based on the integration and adaptation of recognised HSE&S management systems criteria.

· Manages the ERCM plans, including the Disaster Response Plan, departmental and business continuity plans and departmental emergency and fire plans.

· Develops and creates tools and resources to assist UBC staff and faculty to conform with HSE&S Policy, management system standards, HSE&S regulations and policies.

· Initiates, oversees or develops training programs, policies, workplace procedures and guidelines related to HSE&S management systems issues.

· Develops practical solutions to resolve departmental HSE&S non-conformance issues and recommends courses of action.

· Researches and writes reports and recommendations for enhancements or changes to existing systems.

· Manages HSE&S review processes of property development.

· Reviews and approves designs for new and renovated workspace for compliance with HSE&S regulatory requirements.

· Represents on HSE&S issues in public meetings and with the community at large, development projects, community groups and Owner/Occupier/Residents Associations.

· Manages the consulting process with the Dubai Civil Defence Fire & Rescue Service, Community Planning, external agencies and surrounding communities on the status of HSE&S issues and projects.

· Stays up to date with changes to applicable HSE&S legislation and emerging issues/trends in HSE&S management systems concepts, and analyses and communicates the impacts to affected groups.

· Manages the recruiting, training, evaluating, disciplining and terminating of HSE&S Management Systems staff.

· As directed by the COO, conducts special projects on HSE&S issues and carries out additional duties as requested.

· Should have developed knowledge of construction project disciplines and Engineering and Procurement (EP contracts).

· With a minimum of 5 years Hands-On experience in the HSE Field.

Position: MARKETING MANAGER- (Bilingual)

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the cost planning of the marketing budget.

· Tracking of marketing expenditure against traffic and sales results and the production of suitable documentation/reports for the relevant stakeholders.

· Prepare, Manage, Execute and Maintain The Project's Sales and Marketing plan, program, budget and cash flow.

· Establish and manage and good relationship with The Project's Marketing and PR consultants and service providers ensuring all briefing, timing and delivery requirements of The Project are maintained.

· Carry out market research including competitor analysis ensuring all product releases for The Project maximizing the available market.

· Coordinate and manage project related events and product launches with the appropriate consultants.

· Work closely with The Project's appointed Sales Team ensuring qualified 'traffic' is driven to The Project's sales offices/operations.

· Ensure all point of sale material is accurate and stock levels are maintained within the Sales Office.

· Monitoring of traffic demographics and report any swings and changes that may impact The Project's positioning.

· Selection, negotiation and engagement of all marketing and advertising agencies as required through The Project in accordance with the approved Manual of Delegated Authority.

· Marketing or Business Degree from a recognized university.

· A minimum of 5 years practical experience in marketing, encompassing the full marketing mix.

· A minimum of 1 years experience in the successful marketing of a major residential real estate development, including staged product launches.

Position: BUSINESS LEADER, Cross Country Pipelines

Salary : Excellent package

Location : Sharjah

Key responsibilities:

  • He should be able to visualize Long term plans of GCC countries, have a global perspective of the Hydrocarbon business and should formulate business strategies for achieving business growth of a min. 20% CAGR over the next 10 years.
  • With close business contacts at the Client level and at the Consultants' level, he should be able to facilitate pre-qualifications & successful bidding.
  • He will take the full responsibility of P&L for this business. A thorough knowledge of the Competitors' profile, ability to visualize risks & formulate contracts will be essential. Identifying opportunities for Alliances, BOOT/ equity participation with a view to augment EPC Pipeline business for the company are some of the essentials for this position.
  • Execution of cross-country pipeline projects involving laying with optic fibre cables, horizontal directional drilling, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of pipelines.
  • Construction of LNG terminals, gas gathering stations and LPG storage facilities.
  • Detailed engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of facilities for underground cavern storage system for LPG / crude. Erection of high-capacity gas compressors and associated facilities
  • The person should have Graduate Engineering Degree from Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and minimum 24 years experience related to Hydrocarbon plants out of which 15 years should be especially in Hydrocarbon Cross-Country Pipeline business.
