Brief Description of Job Duties and Minimum Requirements
• Chemical Engineer with minimum of 8 years experience, including design and/or operational experience with amine gas treating and sulfur recovery units.
• As process engineer will provided direct process support to the gas treating and sulfur systems of QG2 and QG3/4 LNG expansion projects.
• Responsibilities include start-up support on amine gas treating units, molecular sieve units and sulfur recovery units, process studies, trouble shooting, performance monitoring and design of plant modifications related to these systems.
Education
• BSC or MSC in Chemical Engineering.
• Good verbal and written English Language skills.
• Computer literacy, including use of database and spreadsheet software
Experience
• Minimum of 8 years experience in design and/or operation of gas treating and sulfur recovery units.
• Operational experience in refinery or gas plant.
• Experience with large sulfur units, fitted with tail gas treatment has a preference.
PROCESS ENGINEER UTILITIES (Ref Number: 58564)
Brief Description of Job Duties and Minimum Requirements
• Chemical Engineer with minimum 8 years relevant experience, including design and/or operational experience with utilities system in refineries or gas plants.
• Experience need to cover full range of utilities systems, including HP steam systems, boiler water treatment and sea cooling water systems.
• As process engineer will provided direct process support to the utilities systems of QG2 and QG3/4 LNG expansion projects and Laffan refinery.
• Responsibilities include start-up support to utilities systems, process studies, trouble shooting, performance monitoring and design of plant modifications related to utilities systems.
Education
• BSC or MSC in Chemical Engineering.
• Good verbal and written English Language skills.
• Computer literacy, including use of process simulation and spreadsheet software.
Experience
• Minimum 8 years experience on utilities and steam systems in oil & gas industry, including operational experience on gas plant or refinery.
• Start-up experience is of benefit.
LEAD RELIABILITY ENGINEER (Ref Number: 65336 )
Basic Function and Scope:
• Identify, prioritize and mitigate all risks that might interrupt gas/LNG production from reservoir to loading arm.
• Provide technical support for reliability centered maintenance, root cause analysis, plant improvement projects and maintenance optimization.
• Support the investigation process by facilitating investigations, and collect and analyze plant reliability performance data.
Minimum Requirements:
• Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from recognized educational institution or equivalent.
• Strong Analytical skills and be able to provide advice to solve the problem. Business Communication skills (reports, presentations, etc.).
• Team Player and coach.
• Be able to work with group.
• A minimum of ten (10) years working experience in oil and gas industry. Extensive experience and exposure to reliability concepts, maintenance, root cause failure analysis and troubleshooting of equipment/piping/machineries.
• Good written and spoken English.
