Laundry Supervisor
Industry:Trading Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving,marking,washing and ironing clothes or linen in laundry.Determines sequence in which flatwork,one-day service and white colored work as to be scheduled through laundry to provide quick and efficient service to customers and to regulate work loads.Inspects articles to determine methods of specific cleaning requirements.Inspects finished laundered articles to ensure conformance to standards.Observes operation of machines and equipment to detect possible malfunctions.Investigates and resolves customer complaints of unsatisfactory work or bundle shortage.Studies literature of launders and dry cleaners associations,and confers with salespersons to obtain information on new or improved work methods and equipment.Assists/Reports to the Divisional Manager in cascading the policies,standards and guidelines established by the laundry to all team members.Should have experience in operations of later laundry machines. SECURITY SUPERVISOR (Bahrain based)
One of our most respected clients based in GCC requires an experienced Security Supervisor to work in Bahrain. Interested candidate should have a Diploma of a Post Secondary Education or a Professional Qualification in a related job. Candidate must have at least 5 years extensive experience in Security field with a minimum 1 year in Supervisory post. He must have excellent experience in handling security team to deal with people, property and cash preferably from transport or a service company. He should have the ability to communicate effectively, meet the public, respond to questions and provide information efficiently. Must take initiative in following instructions and implement judgment, act quickly and effectively to unanticipated high workloads and during an emergency situation. The ideal candidate will be responsible in the allocation and management of security resources. Provide internal and external communications and information about security of the system and environment in an efficient and timely manner. Implement security measures and procedures to meet security requirements of the company and conduct security inspections, audits on a routine and adhoc basis. Assist incident investigators in information and evidence gathering whenever necessary. Assist the staff in managing the passenger's behavior including crowd control, customer service; special needs support and emergency management.
