Accountabilities:

• be a designated member of the ERT (Emergency Response Team) in the function that the employee in this position is appointed to fulfil;
• fire fighting and OSR equipment is maintained as per Instrument Maintenance Management procedures;
• undertake emergency response as part of a Non-professional Emergency Response Team (NERT) implementing duties in accordance with relevant SEIC standing orders and Emergency Response Procedure;
• participate in continuous improvement programmes in the search for operations excellence;
• supervise subordinates and MMSC (maintenance and modernisation services contractors) services in execution of all instrument maintenance activities of the OPF;
• interact with state supervision and control authorities;
• take immediate measures towards elimination of equipment failures and assist with the diagnosis and resolution of maintenance or operational problems;
• fulfil requirements for improvement of instrumentation maintenance organisation by establishing development plans and recruit and develop skilled staff;
• fulfil his duties in case of emergency callout;
• assist or participate in studies on maintenance aimed at risk reduction, studies and analysis of the main causes of failures, etc.;
• ensure update of the instrumentation maintenance documentation and as-built documents and their compliance with the requirements of the Russian Federation;
• provide input to the OPF Opex and Capex budgets;
• act as a mentor;
• repair and maintenance of instrumentation and control devices both at the operating facilities of the Company and in the shop laboratories;
• study new instrumentation and control automation types and devices and training of the shop area staff in competent operation of these devices;
• prevention of faulty production and downtimes and at elimination of their causes.

Job requirements:

Experience and Qualifications required:

• higher professional education;
• work experience under the speciality shall be 10 years.

Professional Skills and Competencies:

Shall have the knowledge of:

• resolutions, instructions, orders and other guiding, methodological and normative documents on operation, maintenance and repair of instrumentation and control equipment;
• development prospects of the instrumentation diagrams and systems;
• fundamentals of metrology, goals and objectives of metrological provision;
• organisation of equipment repair and maintenance;
• system of planned preventive maintenance and rational operation of instrumentation equipment;
• technical specifications, design features, equipment function and operating principles, rules for technical maintenance;
• maintenance and repair planning principles;
• procedure for execution of requests for equipment, materials, spare parts and tools;
• labour remuneration provisions;
• fundamentals of economics, organisation of production, labour and management;
• fundamentals of labour legislation;
• PM module of SAP;
• labour and industrial safety, environmental and industrial sanitation provisions, rules and guidelines;
• rules and norms of fire safety.
