DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Coordinator (Total Experience
20 Years)
Job Code : JC 001
- Responsible
for overseeing all activities at site as performed by the Contractor
- Review,
understand and interpret all the contract drawings, sub-contracts and all
co-ordination schemes.
- Check
and approve material to be used at site with respect to specifications and
drawings.
- Act
as liaison with subcontractors in expediting drawings and related
information.
- Coordinate
submittals and procure all close-out documents including warranties and
Operating and Maintenance Manuals.
- Participate
in the continuous updating and accurate generation of as-built
documents/drawings.
- Understand
and perform document control functions in accordance with on-site policy
and procedures, including tracking and creating of RFIs, transmitting and
tracking of submittals, compose agreements, and maintain project

- Directs,

Site architect jobs
by default involve a lot of time working on site. A site architect is present to
ensure that the architect’s design is delivered by the contractor and is
responsible for dealing with any on-site design problems that arise. This will
often require the site architect to provide on the spot solutions so having
very good technical design skills and a comprehensive knowledge of materials

Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor’s
responsibilities to establish the cost of installation, materials and
workmanships and to cost of installation, materials and workmanships and to
come out with a well –planned quotation which is beneficial to both the
company and the main contractors for each individual project that the company
is handling.
Furthermore, the quantity surveyor has to prepare contracts for projects by
stating clearly the terms and conditions, studying and understand the contracts
offered to us.
When projects are completed, Quantity surveyor will proceed with claiming of
payments from the relevant parties and completed the collection of payments as
soon as possible.
