BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
A professionally managed HR consultancy firm is looking for a Business Development Manager as part of an ongoing growth plan to take responsibility for the identification and development of new business opportunities. The responsibilities include specialisation in providing existing clients with effective HR solutions designed around outplacement, interim management, and organisational change management. He/She should build sound in-depth business relationships with the clients to understand their requirements before designing and implementing tailor-made solutions. ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Bachelors Degree with minimum of 5+ year's experience. To be responsible for the efficient, accurate and punctual management of the company's administration needs, whilst maintaining important relationships with suppliers, customers and banks (both local and international), ensuring the highest level of service is provided.
This includes all aspects of the office administration cycle, documentation, customs procedures, etc, Western Nationals preferred.
