Minimum Requirements: MSc in Geology and/or Geophysics are the minimum qualifications for the job. PhD degree is preferable. More than 15 years varied industry experience, mainly in an operational environment. A history of delivery at an excellent level of performance and minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Industry-recognized authority in Geosciences, with the focus on Reservoir & Review Geology, with in-depth theoretical and practical experience. Significant experience in application of geosciences in exploration, appraisal, well planning and execution field development, reservoir characterization, geological modeling and interface with reservoir simulation models. Have a working understanding of the capabilities/limitations.
