Inspection / Corrosion Specialist

Review the plant integrity study report and summarize the findings. Prepare the inspection plan and scope of inspection for all the recommended items. Prepare plan and follow-up action for UG piping inspection. Co-ordinate with maintenace and contractors to carry out piping inspection as per plan. Co-ordinate inpection activities for the inspection of ammonia tank. Follow-up ammonia tank piping replacement jobs. Co-ordinate with the third party inspection agency for the inspection of ammonia tank. Prepare RBI & FFS assesstment plan for high critically items recommended from HSE critical items nd plant integrity study. Update inspection manual and procedures. Shall be a mechanical or Corrosion or Metallurgy engineering graduate having 12 years of static equipment inspection ecperience in Fertilizer industries having ammonia and Urea plants (mandatory). Shall have API certification. Shall be familiar with all types of materials used in ammonia and urea plant. Conversant with AWS/NACE/API/ASME standards and requirements relevant to inspection and engineering. ASNT certification in NDT techniques. Send your CVs in word format earliest possible.
